Each session lasts from 1 to 2 hours (online), is led by an experienced moderator and includes the following stages:
1. Formulating the client’s request: The participant clearly defines his problem or task.
2. Clarifying questions: The group analyzes the client's situation by asking open-ended questions.
3. Development of recommendations: Participants offer ideas and solutions.
4. Create an action plan: The client selects appropriate recommendations and develops steps to implement them.
5. Reflection: Each participant shares insights and lessons learned from the session.
