It all started 14 years ago back in 2007, with a tragic event. My dad passed away and left us his apartment as an inheritance. The money from the sold property had to be invested. I understood that the deposit was melting along with inflation, and began to study literature on investments and finance. But in Russia, where I lived then, there was nothing except books by American authors.
Nevertheless, I found a consultant who offered to transfer my money to Cyprus offshore, but I refused. I already have friends who have lost their investments this way.
Portfolio investing
So I read and did not dare to take a step towards finance until 2019, although in 2013 I received an MBA diploma from RANEPA Top Manager Finance and Credit.
So, in 2019, I finally found a sensible course on portfolio investing in Russia and began investing my inheritance, which had become considerably thinner after all the crises and inflation. Thanks, by the way, to training, I earned more than 20% in a year. So the money invested in training paid off.
Investments in France
I see a silent question in your eyes: Why did I start investing in Russia and not in France? Because in France everything is much more complicated, and the tax system and instruments are incomparably more numerous. I decided that I would start an experiment in Russia, and then knowledge about investing in France would come.
And so it happened, in February 2020 I found myself at the Entrepreneur Salon and there I met my recruiter from AXA, who told me that they were recruiting applicants, training and helping to launch their agency. I decided it was fate. That's how I became an AXA financial advisor.
