Stages of the procedure
Check if you can become a VTC driver

- Have no criminal record under certain articles.
- Pass a medical examination and receive a positive medical opinion confirming your ability to perform this work.
Preparation for a profession
- Training in entrepreneurship, management and accounting is available.
- Create a financial reserve for unforeseen circumstances.
- Make a business plan for your future enterprise.
Education
— VTC driver training is highly recommended for successful passing of the test, although it is not mandatory.
— The training includes a theoretical part (regulation) and practical tests (driving, behavior, etc.)
A list of approved training centres can be found on the CMA (Chamber of Commerce and Trades) website for your area.
Passing the exam
The exam consists of two parts: tests on knowledge of the law and a practical driving test.
You can take the exam and receive a certificate at the CMA in your area of residence.
Work through the booking platform
You can choose to work through booking platforms (Uber, Heetch, etc.) or develop your own client base.
Select status: sole proprietorship or company

Registration of an enterprise or company
You must register your business or company with the National Business Register.

After successfully passing the exam, you must apply for a professional VTC card. This is valid for 5 years and must be visible on the windshield of the car.
Registration in the VTC registry
Registration is mandatory to carry out activities and must be renewed every 5 years.
Choosing the quality of service
You can get the quality of "France VTC Limousine" to confirm the high level of customer service.
