    How I Automated My Sales Funnel and Saved Dozens of Hours a Month: My Personal Case

    If I had been told earlier that applications, answers to questions and appointments for consultations could take place without my participation — I would, honestly, smile.

    But now, my former routines are smiling.

    In this case I will tell you how 3 weeks turned manual bureaucracy into smart automation. All without a single line of code. Just Telegram, Calendly and a little strategic thinking.

    A problem familiar to every expert

    Every day they wrote to me on Instagram, on the website, on WhatsApp:

    • "How much does a consultation cost?"
    • "I don't know if this format is right for me"
    • "How to pay?"
    • "Can we do it next week?"

    My assistant was leading manual correspondence with each new person. It took hours. And most importantly, some people got lost at the communication stage, without ever getting to the consultation.

    And I realized: it's time delegate this not to a person, but to an algorithm.

    Solution: A funnel without the "growling"

    I built a simple and smart sales funnel that:

    • accepts requests,
    • qualifies the client,
    • offers to make an appointment,
    • reminds of the meeting,
    • and does all this without my participation.

    Here's how the system works:

    Scenario 1: Instagram

    1. A person writes in direct using a keyword.
    2. The chatbot (ManyChat) instantly responds and asks a clarifying question.
    3. Depending on the answer, sends a link to Calendly for recording.
    4. The bio contains a link to the bot's chat in Telegram. When you click on the link, the process goes according to the scenario below.

    Scenario 2: Website

    1. A pop-up window offers to switch to Telegram.
    2. The Telegram bot asks questions to qualify the request.
    3. And then sends the required link to the recording via Calendly.

    What's next?

    • After booking, the client receives an email with details.
    • A reminder is sent the day before the consultation.
    • At the appointed time, I hold the meeting. It's simple.

    Results (for the first 4 weeks)

    • 64 % applications are processed fully automatically
    • 67 % users come through Instagram, 33 % — via Telegram
    • 5–7 hours per week freed from routine
    • People come prepared, understanding the format
    • Minus the cost of an assistant — plus focus on business development

    Why did it work?

    Because I:

    • chose no-code solutions,
    • set up step-by-step lead qualification,
    • built-in a system of reminders and transparent steps.

    And most importantly, I stopped wasting time on explanations. Now I give energy to clients, not messengers.
