Case: How we launched two French companies for a startup with a Talent passport — and supported one of them to the very end
When four founders come to you with shining eyes, a cool startup and passport "Talent" - You understand: this will be an interesting matter.
They had everything they needed to start off big in France:
- strong technological product,
- acceleration in a local incubator,

- registration of two SARL companies in France;

The whole journey, from the first meeting to registration, took about a month.
By French standards, this is almost space.
What happened to the companies a year later
A year passed and life made adjustments.
One of the companies could not stand it: the market was not so favorable, and two participants decided to return to Russia.
But there was no panic here either. I took matters into my own hands again:
- initiated the liquidation process,
- connected a competent person expert-competent,
- prepared a liquidation balance sheet,
- filed final tax returns.
Everything went smoothly, correctly and with minimal losses.
A second company? It is alive, growing, developing. The team is expanding, the product is reaching a new level. And I remain close by - as a consultant and navigator in the world of French business.
