For the first time in 2 years, AXA organized a large meeting of all agents in the L'Ile de France region.

This break was associated, as you may have guessed, with the pandemic and sanitary measures.
⠀
Since I joined the team last year, this was my first time participating in the event.
⠀
Finally, I talked to colleagues, more experienced ones and those who had only recently received a mandate.
⠀
How valuable it is to be in a circle of like-minded people and exchange experiences.
⠀
I am very happy to feel part of a huge international company, a world leader in insurance and investment.
⠀
I am overwhelmed with emotions and the feeling that I am among friends whose mission is sincere concern for clients.
⠀
AXA supports us and constantly helps us improve our level of expertise.
⠀
At the meeting, master classes were held on electronic document management and new products that were released this year.
⠀
The company's management spoke about the results and plans.
⠀
Among the priorities for this and next year:
- Increasing the level of service, the team carefully studies customer feedback and takes action. Currently the satisfaction rating is 4.5 out of 5.
- Complete transition to electronic document management. All contracts can be signed electronically without using paper.
- The most important thing is responsible investing.
People are so imbued with the issue of preserving the environment and social issues that investing in companies that meet ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) criteria brings on average 1–5% more profitability.

AXA supports these trends and has committed to adding funds to the portfolio that meet these criteria.
