AXA Avenir Infrastructure OTC fund – investment in infrastructure

FCPR AXA Avenir Infrastructure – allows long-term investments through investments in infrastructure projects in the transport, energy, telecommunications and water sectors.

The purpose of the fund is to provide investors with the prospect of profit by investing in real sectors of the economy. AXA Avenir Infrastructure aims to generate income from the development, management and operation of the assets it owns (regular contributions, fees paid by companies using the infrastructure). The recommended investment period is 8 years.

Previously, such funds were available only to professional investors or clients with large capitals.

Fund composition:

• 50% and 70% OTC products in the form of direct investments or through funds,
• 30% and 50% UC and infrastructure bonds worldwide.

Management Company

AXA REIM SGP, created in 2007 and approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, is a company specialized in the management of real estate and infrastructure investment portfolios. The company manages French and foreign investment funds and mandates, in particular investments in real estate and infrastructure.
