includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Craftsmen,<\/li>\n<li>Traders,<\/li>\n<li>Liberal professions (Professions Lib\u00e9rales), such as nurses, lawyers, doctors, real estate agents, taxi drivers, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Before the new law came into force, there were 2 types of individual entrepreneurship, these are EI and EIRL. We could obtain Micro-entrepreneur status if we earned up to 176,000 \u20ac per year if you are a businessman and up to 76,000 \u20ac per year if you are a Profession Lib\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%d0%a7%d1%82%d0%be_%d0%b8%d0%b7%d0%bc%d0%b5%d0%bd%d1%8f%d0%b5%d1%82%d1%81%d1%8f_%d0%b4%d0%bb%d1%8f_%d0%b7%d0%b0%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%b3%d0%b8%d1%81%d1%82%d1%80%d0%b8%d1%80%d0%be%d0%b2%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%bd%d1%8b%d1%85_%d0%bf%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%b4%d0%bf%d1%80%d0%b8%d0%bd%d0%b8%d0%bc%d0%b0%d1%82%d0%b5%d0%bb%d0%b5%d0%b9_%d1%81_15_%d0%bc%d0%b0%d1%8f_2022\"><\/span>What changes for registered entrepreneurs from May 15, 2022<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Now all documents related to the professional activities of an individual entrepreneur must indicate EI status.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%d0%98%d0%bc%d1%83%d1%89%d0%b5%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b2%d0%be_%d0%bf%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%b4%d0%bf%d1%80%d0%b8%d0%bd%d0%b8%d0%bc%d0%b0%d1%82%d0%b5%d0%bb%d1%8f\"><\/span>Entrepreneur&#039;s property<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Before the new law came into force, the entrepreneur was liable with all his property for professional debts. To protect family assets, limited liability EIRL status was introduced. Suspension of activities occurs due to legal liquidation or by a court decision \u201credressent judiciaire\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The minimum average income for the last two years must be 10,000 \u20ac per year.<\/li>\n<li>Own income (Capitaux propres) must be less than RSA (revenu social).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Conditions after May 15, 2022:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stopping the company\u2019s activities due to \u201cnon-viable\u201d in the opinion of CFU.<\/li>\n<li>Income for one of the best years should be at least 10,000 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<li>Let&#039;s look at this with an example:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N-2: M Kompot earned 5000\u20ac per year,<\/p>\n<p>N-1: Monsieur earned 11,000\u20ac per year<\/p>\n<p>It turns out that N-1 is the best year for which Monsieur Compote earned at least 10,000 \u20ac per year. In this case, payment of income tax becomes a tax on corporate activities.<\/p>\n<p>Why may you need to switch from the status of an individual to a legal entity?
