I found a reliable domiciliation agency: not far from their home, within budget and without pitfalls.<\/p>\n<p>And then comes the most intense stage:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>opening professional bank accounts (yes, this is the same quest for non-residents);<\/li>\n<li>transfer of authorized capital to the account;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of the entire legal package;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/rouzade.com\/en\/sozdajte-svoju-kompaniju-kogda-vy-inostranec\/\">registration of two SARL companies<\/a>\u00a0in France;<\/li>\n<li>support until you have your Kbis in your hands - an official document confirming your registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The whole journey, from the first meeting to registration, took <strong>about a month.<\/strong><br \/>\nBy French standards, this is almost space.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%d0%a7%d1%82%d0%be_%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b0%d0%bb%d0%be_%d1%81_%d0%ba%d0%be%d0%bc%d0%bf%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%8f%d0%bc%d0%b8_%d1%81%d0%bf%d1%83%d1%81%d1%82%d1%8f_%d0%b3%d0%be%d0%b4\"><\/span>What happened to the companies a year later<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A year passed and life made adjustments.<br \/>\nOne of the companies could not stand it: the market was not so favorable, and two participants decided to return to Russia.<\/p>\n<p>But there was no panic here either. I took matters into my own hands again:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>initiated the liquidation process,<\/li>\n<li>connected a competent person <strong>expert-competent<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>prepared a liquidation balance sheet,<\/li>\n<li>filed final tax returns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Everything went smoothly, correctly and with minimal losses.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>second company<\/strong>? It is alive, growing, developing. The team is expanding, the product is reaching a new level.
