J&#039;ai trouv\u00e9 une agence de domiciliation fiable : proche de chez eux, dans le budget et sans aucun pi\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n<p>Et puis vient l\u2019\u00e9tape la plus intense :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ouverture de comptes bancaires professionnels (oui, c&#039;est la m\u00eame qu\u00eate pour les non-r\u00e9sidents) ;<\/li>\n<li>transfert du capital autoris\u00e9 sur le compte;<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9paration de l\u2019ensemble du dossier juridique ;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/rouzade.com\/fr\/sozdajte-svoju-kompaniju-kogda-vy-inostranec\/\">immatriculation de deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s SARL<\/a>\u00a0en France;<\/li>\n<li>accompagnement jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que vous ayez votre Kbis en main - un document officiel confirmant votre inscription.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&#039;ensemble du parcours, de la premi\u00e8re rencontre \u00e0 l&#039;inscription, a dur\u00e9 <strong>environ un mois.<\/strong><br \/>\nSelon les normes fran\u00e7aises, c&#039;est presque de l&#039;espace.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%d0%a7%d1%82%d0%be_%d1%81%d1%82%d0%b0%d0%bb%d0%be_%d1%81_%d0%ba%d0%be%d0%bc%d0%bf%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%8f%d0%bc%d0%b8_%d1%81%d0%bf%d1%83%d1%81%d1%82%d1%8f_%d0%b3%d0%be%d0%b4\"><\/span>Qu&#039;est-il arriv\u00e9 aux entreprises un an plus tard ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Une ann\u00e9e s\u2019est \u00e9coul\u00e9e et la vie s\u2019est adapt\u00e9e.<br \/>\nL&#039;une des entreprises n&#039;a pas pu le supporter : le march\u00e9 n&#039;\u00e9tait pas si favorable et deux participants ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de retourner en Russie.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ici non plus, il n\u2019y a pas eu de panique.
